Please anybody on the Verizon app here can you help me all I wanna do is become the account owner so I can access the account on my phone. I’m the owner on the manager on the bill payer just give me to there please

Thank you for reaching out Redundant-216, to make sure I'm aligned, are you trying to change the ownership as in whose information the account is under, or change the log in credentials?

For me - I can’t get set up as the account owner - even though I am!   I set the account up, purchased the devices and am the only user of these.   Keep getting put in a ridiculous circle and cannot get resolved.  It always seems to come back to a zip code issue.   Maddening.  I can’t set up auto pay, apply discounts, etc.  This has been an issue for 3 mos now. Do not have any more  time to waste on you Verizon.  This has been a horrible experience. I will be moving back to Tmobile when my contract is up.    And all for a phone that doesn’t even have service at my home.
