I'm setting everything up on the app and I'm being asked for an acct pin. I never set one up so where do I find it?

In the My Verizon App, you can SEARCH for Account PIN and find info/link to change it/set it up. On my Android phone, it is in Account links->Profile & Settings->Security->Account PIN.
