As of the last couple of weeks, I can no longer turn on/off WIFI thru Verizon website or Verizon App.

Used to do this twice daily (turn WIFI on in morning, off at night) for the past year or two.  Now suddenly most of the WIFI management features are gone.  Tech support told me how to do this on/off using a PC with an ethernet connection to router (using a back-door IP address, not thru website or App).  But that PC is my work PC and my wife isn't supposed to know the password.  Verizon support people see the problem using their own phones but say it's up to us to report it.  So, Verizon, please accept this as my official report of the problem.  Please fix the website and your app so that the capability to use them to turn OFF/ON our WiFi is restored!  --Chris
