Why do I always have problems seeing call and msg logs. And then when I do it’s not up to date, it will be a day or two behind! My Verizon app is up to date, but this happens 80% or more of the time! It will say, “there is no call log”, when you know there absolutely is! Frustrating is an understatement, (they made me change what I originally stated)!!! Come on Verizon, I’ve dealt with this for the last 2 years, get your sh!t together!!
