I am no longer able to see any calls that have been placed or received in the My Verizon app for iOS. Is this a known issue currently?
I know how important it is to be able to review your usage activity, unc13dew. We're not showing any known alerts about usage on My Verizon. I am here to help. You mentioned this was happening through the mobile app. What happens when you try to view your usage using the My Verizon website?
