Can’t see internet details in my account

i can’t get Verizon to help me with this error message.  I have several calls  and an open ticket.    How do I get someone to help me

We encountered an error while processing your internet  router details are not available at this time

Hello, Smk31. Having access to your account details is a much. Help is here. Do you have the latest ticket number so that we can check the status on it?

I do have a ticket number.    It is still open and I have not received an email from Verizon support at all.  How can i get a response or talk to someone about the account.   I have made 5 calls with each one trying to restart my modem and no one to look at my account details.

Thank you for sharing those details with us, Smk31. I know I would be equally frustrated if I was having the same experience when trying to get support. We can take a look at the ticket to see what the status is so that you can manager your home internet online.
