The free trial is an absolute waste of time and does not work. From My experience and multiple others who have gotten the error message of death where it tells you to restart the application because of an error then when you get to the end it tell you that you have already used your free trial! None of the representatives even know about the promotion so they have very limited support they can give. Verizon needs to do better. Especially for people who have another one of their services already there should be a way to fix this. Shame on you verizon

If you have some sort of service with Verizon already, maybe that's why the free trial won't work. The other place offering this promo has a disclaimer in the fine print that you must not be a customer in any capacity, so wouldn't surprise me if Verizon is the same way.
