The My Verizon app is full of issues and many features don’t work as intended or at all. One of my biggest pet peeves with this is that no matter how many times I log in and say yes when asked my facial recognition never turns on. Every single time I log in I am prompted to turn it on and every time I do, I even have plethora of account change emails to prove it. Why won’t it turn on
