iPhone out of Spanish in my Verizon app.
Breezy22, happy to walk you through updating your preferred language on the My Verizon app. If the guidance shared by SynthpopAddict does not yield any results, you can follow these steps to update your app's language:
On your iPhone go to Settings > Apps. Here you will see a list of apps installed. Please look for the My Verizon app and select it. On the following screen you will then see the "Language" option. Select the preferred language and this will change the app settings to the correct language.

From what I could find on the website, it looks like something you have to update in the app store settings for the MVA. The link below shows how to change the MVA to Spanish, but you probably do the same thing to get it back to English.
