Issues linking Verizon to Ticketmaster

I'm trying to link my Verizon account to Ticketmaster but I keep getting the same error message. It tells me that I need to be an account owner or an account manager to proceed. However I am the account owner, I opened the account, I'm the only one on it, so this makes no sense. I'm trying to get concert tickets during the presale so this is time sensitive. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're a prepaid customer, then your Verizon account isn't eligible for Verizon Access.
If you're postpaid, but were using the older Verizon Up program, that got replaced by Verizon Access. I'm prepaid so don't know how these things work but maybe you need to update your account settings to get into the Access program?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
