I just had my phone number and several others transferred to me from my ex husband. These are previous Verizon numbers. All went well but now when I try to link my number to my Verizon app so I can set up automatic payments and pay my bill it tells me my phone number is unavailable for linking. Help!
Managing your account is always important. To clarify, was this number linked to another account? Have you made any changes to the number recently?
