I was using the prepaid plan but would like to start using an actual Verizon plan but it won’t let me do that until I “link my services” , I can’t find my account or order number, I thought my phone number would be the “Verizon phone number”, but nothing works. I’m currently stuck with no service since it now won’t let me add funds to my prepaid. I would like literally ANY help at this point before I switch services, I’m so done

Thanks Freddy for posting the number for Inside Sales, which is the only department which handles converting accounts from prepaid to postpaid or vice versa. The prepaid and postpaid accounts are in completely different areas of the system so it's more complex than just a simple transfer of service.
The OP will probably have to re-register for a new My Verizon account when the number has been converted, because the prepaid accounts go to a URL with "prepay" in it, while the postpaid accounts go to a URL with "postpay" instead.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
