“Manage my Equipment” part of the My Verizon app

I can’t get any info from the “Manage my Equipment” part of the My Verizon app. All I get is the spinning wheel of death with the ironic statement “this will only take a moment” I’ve held on for 3 minutes and the moment never ends. What’s up with that?

What make/model device are you having the issue with? Using the MyVerizon App on my Android moto z4 there is no issue with selecting the 'Manage all devices' link when I select Account.
