Hello I don’t get access to my details pages for calls. I log in - Devices (mine as owner) - Review Usage -Minutes details
my Verizon app will not show me the detailed plan only the overall number.
this has been going on for 3-4 weeks now.
We know how important it is to manage your account. At the moment, we do have a known issue with viewing your usage online. Our team is aware of the issue, and is working on getting it resolved as soon as possible.

And now I can’t see it even with a desktop computer. Its getting worse
