my berizon app only showing my Fios (wireless) account . I can't find my mobile account anywhere!! My service is off for whatever reason

Me 2 I have the same problem,my mom pays the bill but she gave me one of her phones to use as my own ,she went down to your store turned it on ,but even though it has been paid this month it is shut off! Verizon has sent me several messages saying I have 2 Bill's that have been paid off ,35$ ,and 40$ but no service!
