Looking to understand how I can use the “My Verizon App” to manage the calling features that the “My Fios App” has but which will be sunsetted soon.
Also can't see how to use the My Verizon app to manage devices connected to our router, which was fairly easy to do with the My Fios app. No obvious way to allow or block certain devices, for example. The internet management tab just shows our current plan. Where did the functionality go?
I’m having the same issue. I no longer see this feature on the My Verizon app. It disappeared for me about a week ago. I was able to access to through the My Fios app, but they retired it today, so I’m not able to access it any long from any apps. I had to use the IP address of the router and log in that way to get some control of my kids’ devices. But even accessing the router online I’m not able to control the Advanced Parents Controls. It tells me I have to use the app for that.
