I get notifications that I have messages on my Verizon app I can't find anywhere to open messages on the app. Any advice please PS this app scks!
Rr1982, we're sorry to hear that you're having problems finding your messages. We want to make sure you're able to read any notifications you're getting from us. Can you post a screenshot of the notification?
