My Verizon app

I use the My Verizon App (MVA) on iPhone. It has to be the biggest piece of dog poop app I have ever used from a major provider. xfinity is Miles ahead. Who  is creating and writing these apps for Verizon ? 

First of all, it asks you to set up Face ID EVERY TIME you log in, I’ve tried both setting it up, and hitting the “don’t show again” option but neither do anything. I’m never promoted to actually use the Face ID it asks you to set up. I’ve seen multiple app updates over several months and this issue is still there. 

what about the feedback button not working ? It’s actually comical and very in line,  that such a hot garbage app would not even have a functioning feedback button. This might be by design though, as all the other button next to it, work. Including the one that takes you then offering you more services and products. 

seriously, I’d rank this app at the bottom. Hot garbage.

Hello rekteffekt. I am disappointed you are having issues setting up the Face ID on My Verizon, which it is so much more convenient than logging in each time. We want to make sure you do have the guide for all steps and posting below. Have you checked if there are any updates to the My Verizon app?  There were some threads a while back saying FaceID wasn't working with My Verizon, but an update to the app may or may not have fixed it.

Same issues as the OP says. Asks me to turn on Face ID every time I log in, even after I turn it on and Ask Not To Show Again. Comes up every time I access the app. Feedback button still doesn’t work. I’m the primary account owner and I have Verizon FiOS.

I don’t have any issues with mine. iPhone 14 PM. My suggestion that you first set the app on the primary line of service. Only one line can have full admin privileges which is the phone number of the primary line. That can be set by customer service.

I agree. While trying to look at either my bill, or my plam, the little wheels just spins and sounds. Non responsive app unless it wants to take my money. Then it's quick to respond. I agree, total waste of time and garbage. You'd think for a company that is charging so much money for their service, they would know what they are doing.
