MyVerizon app doesn’t show anything

Hello everyone! Need a little help here if someone knows what’s going on with my Verizon app. I brought services and devices over from AT&T this past Saturday, got everything set up, and service is working great. I was told to go to my Verizon app and register there, where I set everything up. And when I go to open up my Verizon app, it’s blank/all that’s shown. This is the only thing that’s in there, so from Saturday afternoon to Monday night, I’ve talked to different agents, the support chat, and the 800 number, and the only thing that we can accomplish is they keep getting me locked out of my account for 24 hours and up until recently now I keep getting an error message that says that my account has been locked out to view from online. I keep getting the runaround, and nobody has a clue what’s going on, so any help would be highly appreciated!
