After talking to a customer service person on chat and explaining to them that the issue was with my original number being in the system incorrect my current number didn’t have the offer attached for it. Yesterday I received a personal email from the promotions department with a link to redeem and a coupon for the entire amount of NFL Sunday ticket and registration worked.
