Nfl sunday ticket promotion is a hoax and it's been two weeks and I still can't get access to my bfl subday ticket package it's like they don't care no one helps I get the same answers over and over still nothing verizon you guys have terrible customer service

I have also not received my nfl Sunday ticket email. Called customer service and they said itโs the store rep that sends it. Went back to the store and they said it comes from Verizon. We switched 5 lines from att. I am extremely disappointed in Verizonโs service. I get the run around from everyone. I would like a response from this concern.
I know how much I dislike the runaround myself, Mackaby88. This is certainly not the welcome we want for any customer. Normally, you'll redeem the offer on My Verizon under the section "Make the most of your plan." When you visit My Verizon and check that section do you see a redemption tile for NFL Sunday Ticket?
