So the other day I was able to go on my app and view current texts not content and actually label the phone numbers with the peoples names! These were current text messages as the day went on! Now all of a sudden I can’t do that. Can’t find it in the app when I go to the history it brings up just the months billing? Why is navigating the Verizon app such a nightmare? This was all done through my mobile not on a computer as I was at work! I am a first time Verizon customer as of Jan 2024! Trust me when I see all your complaints about customer service I strongly suggest you all try US Cellular that place is probably the worst! Then again I think customer service has gone down hill the last few years and I am in CS so!
