Online and App bill pay isnt working

I have attempted to pay my bill about 13 times today. The website and my verizon app will not work once you hit pay bill option. I called and the auto system sent me a text with a link to pay and when you open the link it says page not available. Then another text was sent that just said "test."
I cant seem to get a person on the phone at all. I have tried multiple options. I tried the call back option and it gives me dates starting on June 9th. I tried the chat and it just keeps the loading logo but never loads.

I ended up using the “Chat with us” and used the automated prompts to process the payment.

Just FYI I came here because it’s now January of 2025 and this is still happening to your customers. Totally ridiculous. I’m on day two of trying to pay mine.

Same here, I've been trying for the last 3 days. Links in texts won't load, its just a black loading circle for infinity. I've tried the app on my phone, normal website, my work computer and my laptop at home and can't get into it. Shiiits ridiculous, do they not want my money?

Wondering if there is some kind of IT issue as I haven't even been getting email notifications from the forums, and usually my inbox is overflowing with stuff from Verizon Community because I spend so much time here.
If all else fails, you can go to a corporate (not a 3rd party "authorized seller") Verizon store and pay your bill in person, but paying the bill shouldn't be this much hassle. Verizon needs to do better.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
