I have attempted to pay my bill about 13 times today. The website and my verizon app will not work once you hit pay bill option. I called and the auto system sent me a text with a link to pay and when you open the link it says page not available. Then another text was sent that just said "test."
I cant seem to get a person on the phone at all. I have tried multiple options. I tried the call back option and it gives me dates starting on June 9th. I tried the chat and it just keeps the loading logo but never loads.
