It sounds like you didn't renew the plan in time, and it expired, which disconnected your service. You'll have to borrow someone's phone or find a landline to call Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804, or visit a Verizon store so someone can make a new prepaid account for you. As far as I know, there isn't a way to get your old prepaid account back if your line was disconnected. You should still be able to get the number reactivated, because it can't be recycled to someone else yet.
