How do you get someone who is actually capable of doing anything via the verizon app chat support??? How do you elevate to a manager? This is the worst customer support that ai have received in years.

completely agree. Only been with Verizon 2weeks and the worst customer service experience. Last message I got was that my issue was being escalated and to look for message. I have yet to get any message /follow up. Can’t stay with this company

I agree. Can’t get in touch with a real person. I ordered an iPhone from them two weeks ago. Paid for next day shipping. Didn’t receive it for another 4 days after the order. Decided to return it due to people stating the phone camera quality on the 15 was horrible and figured they would be releasing the 16 soon. Returned it to UPS with the shipping label from Verizon and the package is not in UPS system to be tracked or Verizon system. I shipped it a week ago and still nothing. Trying to get ahold of someone and it’s all automated responses or links to FAQ/issues. For as much as I pay for my services through Verizon you think they could make this an easier experience for customers.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time reaching us for support, cotjohnson. This is certainly not the order experience we would want any customer to have, and I am here to help. It sounds like you are returning a device to us, and it seems to not appear as received, and the UPS tracking number doesn't reflect anything, is that correct? Can you share with me the UPS return tracking number?
