Hate this app can’t get it linked to my stuff it keeps telling my password wrong yall have 2 different apps for different internet which makes no sense and you can’t log into this one without having someone from Verizon with all your information like you can’t do anything by yourself and the guy that hooked it up for me don’t know how to do it like yall are supposed to be better not slower

If you are referring to your My Verizon login, and you can't link anything to your account, my guess is you have a guest account for some reason, in which case you need to re-register for a new account as if you'd never done it before.  This can happen if you sign up on My Verizon before all your services are active and the system hasn't refreshed yet to show you are a customer.

If you mean that you have a mobile account and a Fios account and you're having to use 2 different logins to access each account, there's a way to merge your user IDs so everything appears under what I think would be the mobile account.
