Verizon rewards webpage will not allow one time rewards use on a bill (they have it grayed out)

This setup is unacceptable as I will only on occasion want to use my Verizon rewards towards my bill. Setting it to auto redeem makes it to where I may not be able to build it up if I were to say to want to use some of them in the store for a purchase instead. As you can see in the attached picture, they purposely gray it out to not allow you to do a one-time payment rather than use auto redemption unless I am missing something here.

@Vaultman , I've had this same issue for a while now. Just figured out how to get by it, go to "contact us", use the chat option and use rewards "One time". The chat actually pulls up a form to submit the exact amount you'd like to use. I agree, the setup is unacceptable, but until they fix it, this is the easiest option. Cheers.

yes of course. I do thats the whole point but you have it grayed out.
