Had a major problem with one of their apps and posted it in community. Got a PM from Verizon to contact them. Tried logging in, nothing. Message repeatedly states I must log in with username and password. Tried resetting password and get a message that states I don't have the credentials to do that. This is just as bad as dealing with their call center and a face to face at their store.

If your forum account is tied to My Verizon, use the My Verizon login to access the forums.  If you created a forum account separately, then use the Community Member login.  The two are not interchangeable.

Hello, jalesq. Help is always here. Yes, we do initially request that you use our primary option to authenticate the account but if that doesn't work, we do provide other options. I see it has been quite some time since you posted this, so please let us know if you are still in need of assistance.
