FIOS Vault unsecured in Brooklyn, NY

Hi all.

I've looked long and hard for a way to report this but have been unable to find a suitable forum.

In my neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY, there are FIOS vaults on the street. There's one nearby that is unlocked and unsecured. Opening the door reveals fiber patch panels that could be easily vandalized, causing a loss of service to those on the block.

Can someone from Verizon please contact me so that field ops in the area can be notified?
