Removing DID from SPAM list

I have a customer who has a main number DID appearing as SPAM on VERIZON phones.
I was recommended to open a request to "Free Caller Registry", and they recommended me to go to: https://www.voicespamfeedback.com/vsf/ to report this issue.
I connected on that site and report my DID.
My question now is: how long I should wait to receive an answer or get this solution implemented ( removing my customer's DID from Verizon SPAM list.???
If somebody knows another portal to connect for these kind of requests, will be welcomed any help.
