This got to be the worst phone carrier of all time. I just paid 180$ on 11/5 and its 11/26 and my phone service is disconnected. Why am I writing this? Because the process of getting a hold of a LIVE AGENT is non existent. Automated system is awful, they'll tell u to contact Financial Services just to go talk to another automated system that is no help. I'm switching carriers, this isn't the first time this happened. Frustrating when you're trying to resolve an issue and all you get is automated systems that just irritate you more then you already are. These guys don't care they just want your money. How is that I pay my bill 11/5 and my phone already disconnected today and can't get it reconnected until i pay half of my upcoming bill payment? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Thanksgiving in 2 days and can't even get my service reconnected for the holidays smh.
