Why is my number coming out restricted when I make calls

We want to make sure others know who's calling when you're trying to reach them, and you can manage this feature on your My Verizon app or website. 

 

My Verizon app:

  1. Tap the menu in the top left to open it.
  2. Tap Plans & Devices.
  3. Find the device you want to add Caller ID Blocking to and tap View details.
  4. Tap Block specific services.
  5. Find Caller ID Blocking and tap the switch to toggle off/on.
