Hi, back in August i added a new line and upgraded 2 other lines. I was told i would get a $250 for adding the newline as well as 2 $100 Costco Shop cards for upgrading. Its been months and i have not received them.
I tried chatting and calling Verizon but they are telling me that that offer is expired? My Verizon wireless receipts clearly say 250+100+100 after i finalized the transaction. I would like to cancel my line and return my upgrades if this is a bait and switch. I expected more from Costco and Verizon.
I see several others here are having the same problem when i searched the forum.
