I am so frustrated.
- I ordered a new iphone 14 from verizon
- I did not like it and agreed to pay $50 to return it. new
- I got a return address from Verizon
- I dropped the phone off at local UPS store. I have the drop off reciept
- Verizon never got package
- I tracked it at UPS - Status LOST
- A claim was started by the local UPS store
- the claim is unchanged for over a month. I finally got through to a UPS rep and they said "we are waiting on verizon to upload documents about the value of the phone. Please call back in one week"
- I checked back in a week and theres no change. Another week. No change.
So now I'm being charged $28 a month for 36 months for an iPhone 14 i did not use.
I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE AT UPS. It's been 2 months and this is costing me so much time and stress.
I have my tracking number and claim number and even a case number but I cannot get anyone to help me with this.
Can someone please assist me?
