2nd posting, still waiting to get Giftcards and other items promised. Response was" did you opt for another gift card"?

From yesterday's posting, I was told that due to suppliers' constraint, a gift card was being offered, and did I opt for that?  I haven't seen any offers and still waiting on gift card.  I'm retired, so this is my new part time job, getting what's owed. 

We moved from Comcast to Verizon June 1.  Installation quick and smooth.  We were promised 2 x 200 gift cards, Nintendo Switch and JBL Party box.   told we had to wait 65 days after signing up.  Many numerous calls to numerous numbers.  First, they sent us to the special gift card support number, and they redeemed it for us.  BTW, in the very beginning we can see the perks online and redeemed them all.  Months later the perks were still there and were going to expire in the next few days.  We called CS and they gave us the rewards number to call.  We were told to go online and redeem while they were on the phone with us.  We did that for the two gifts cards successfully.  That was October 1, told the email would come in 3-5 days.  Two weeks and nothing.  Is this a joke?  We will be happy if you just give us a 400 credit on our FIOS bill at this point.  Three weeks ago, the Nintendo came finally.  We'll let slide the promised 37.50 promised from Rakuten when we signed up with person on chat while I had the order in my shopping cart.  Please do the right thing here.   

 

Really unhappy with the hours spent trying to get what was promised.
