Can a senior escalation manager in the USA please reach out to me?

I need a return kit for the 'new' phone I purchased on  Nov. 30th  that was defective/did not work right.  I was given a new phone in place of the defective one on Dec. 29th.  I was told a return kit would be mailed & I would receive in 5 days. which did not happen. I have made Numerous phone calls trying to get it & every time they say they will ship it & I will receive it in 5 days.   What calendar does Verizon employees use?  I am exhausted and frustrated by the lies I receive from All of the employees I have spoken with.   If you want me to just throw out that phone I will but  I want to get credited for that defective phone!  I would appreciate it if a senator escalations manager in the US would contact me & actually send me the kit instead of saying they are & don't.  At this point I think you should just overnight it to me with a label to overnight it back to end this madness.  I brought 5 lines to Verizon and this is what I get, having to call Verizon and be on the phone for Hours at a time trying to fix my account.  It was not like this when I was on Verizon Prepay. Maybe I should go back to it.
