Cannot upgrade due to mystery pending order

The following message has appeared on my Fios account for over a month now and is preventing me from upgrading:

Your order is pending

Thank you for placing your order.

Your current plan will be updated in about 5 minutes, and you may then place any additional orders.

I have already contacted support more than once  and no one knows how to fix this problem but they simply offer to do any changes manually...

I saw some similar issues in this forum but the topics were closed or for some reason I couldn't comment on them, so I created a new thread hoping someone here can help me to finally fix this issue.  Please help clear this mystery pending order!
