I have been struggling to change my Verizon Fios installation date. When I try to change it on my computer, the pop-up does not load correctly and cuts off where I can change the date. On my phone, I can select the date and time I want, but when I hit submit, I get "We're having trouble changing your installation date". My settlement date was changed so I need to have this date and time changed asap.
