i recently upgraded my internet from 500 to 1 gig. doing this changed my plan to the new Fios tv one set top boxes.
the order went through fine, i received all the equipment and everything works great.
my issue is when i log in to my account online and click account/my plan/plan overview.
i get an error telling me to contact my local verizon office and that my order didnt go through.
i also keep getting orange notices on my account telling me to return the following old tv equipment, but theres nothing listed there!
