Frustrated with Verizon Order – Need Help!

A Verizon agent placed an order for an iPhone with new service for me through online chat. But ever since, the order status has always said “No Record Found”—and I never got a UPS tracking number.

A couple of days later, I called Verizon to figure out what was going on. They told me the payment didn’t go through and asked me to resubmit the order using the iink they emailed to me.

Fine, I resubmitted it. This time, they confirmed the payment, said it’s still under the same order ID, and promised delivery by January 2nd. I even double-checked that my credit card was charged. But here we are, January 1st, and the order status still says “No Record Found.”

So, I called customer service again. Guess what? They couldn’t see the status either. After 3 hours on the phone, being transferred from one agent to another, nobody could tell me what’s going on. The last agent said they’d transfer me to the sales team to replace the order, he rejected my original order, and promised that the promotion applied to my original order could still apply to the replacement,  and then while waiting, the call just ended. Seriously?!

This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I don’t understand why something like this has become so hard to fix. Honestly, I don’t even want to get into the bad experiences I’ve had with other orders recently.

TL;DR: Can someone help me restore this order and make sure I actually get the device ASAP?
