I used the $200 & $100 giftcard to purchase items on verizon.com. The following day i received an email that the order was cancelled. I replaced the order but never received a confirmation email. Also didnt get a refund on the giftcards, i checked and they are at a $0 balance. Cant get a hold of customer service either
