For some reason after cancelling an order they shipped it from one warehouse to another across the country. Took 6 days, but CS finally got all aspects of the order cancelled.
Well, turns out they didn’t really fixed it, just sent me back to the store to be turned away again because there is still a pending order on the line. Verizon customer service has really tanked. Been a customer 15 years, 10 before that on my parents plan, but Verizon couldn’t care less.How do you get a cancelation “finalized”?!?
