I upgraded my daughter’s iPhone for her birthday. It was going to be a surprise. The package was delivered by UPS 10-24-24. I never opened it because I didn’t want her to see. On her birthday today, 10-30-24, I opened the package and put the phone box in the gift bag. Imagine m surprise when the phone box had no phone. Of course it was too late in the evening to call Verizon. I hope they can fix my problem. I’m not about to pay $1000 for a phone I never received
