I spoke with several support agents back in October regarding the $200 visa gift card that was advertised for new customers when I signed up and purchased a new iPhone in September. The first submission was never approved (no reason provided) and my second attempt was also never approved. The last agent I spoke with assured me that the second attempt would be approved but that doesn't appear to be the case. I'd really like to know what happened with my rebate and why it hasn't been approved.
