Just want to know what’s happening so I can fix it

Question

So I placed an order with my cash app card and it says payment declined so I updated my payment method and it still said declined it took the money twice but it won’t ship my order I am so confused if the payments going through how is it declined do I need a credit card not a debit please let me know so I can resolve my issue, please and thank you any help is appreciated

At this time we do not accept Cash App or Venmo Cards. It shouldn't be taking the money out but may put a temporary hold due to the way card processing works. If you need additional asssitance please send us a Private Note and we can work together on this.
