I placed an order to upgrade my phone over the phone. I signed an agreement & my card was ran for the upgrade fee & taxes.
I was told my phone would be delivered next day by 8pm. That never happened because VERIZON cancelled my order. The shipping of the phone was redirected back to the warehouse.
I was not refunded my money or able to upgrade in store or over the phone because the phone has not been checked in. It is sitting at the doc.
I have went to the Verizon store THREE times to be embarrassed after “agents” on the phone said I can go in store to get the phone & the workers inside the store said it can’t be done.
I was told I have to wait until they check the phone in & verifiy its there. Meanwhile I never received the phone.
This is the worst upgrade experience.
