I am a new customer switching from AT&T over to Verizon. I ordered 1 Iphone 16 Pro Max and 2 Iphone 16 Pro's. Upon the delivery from FedEx we opened the shipping box to find that the Iphone boxes had been opened and the phones and charging cables removed. By this time the FedEx driver was gone. We called to file a claim with FedEx but they were not able to do much as we did not ship the phones through them Verizon would need to file a claim with them. We then called Verizon to get the matter resolved and they were able to cancel 2 phones immediately but not the 16 Pro Max. It is now going on 3 weeks since the incident I have called and spoken with chat support numerous times and opened multiple tickets who all give me the same run around answer and claim that it's because it is not being submitted properly and rest assure they have properly submitted the ticket and they will follow up with me only to never follow up and I have to call back and repeatedly I'm told the same thing over and over.
Verizon can you solve the issue?
