I pre-ordered the s24 ultra on 1/19/24 with a trade-in of my s21 plus. On 1/25/24 verizon canceled my order and trade-in. It was after 7pm so no customer service. Spent an hour on chat with no solution. They have my s21 plus trade-in locked to the canceled order and can not use to place a new order. They say 24-72 hours to clear the issue up. They canceled my order not me. They should be able to reprocess the order with no issue. Spent 45 min with customer service and still no answers. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't be the only one.

Mine was canceled as well. First order included the smart watch promo, watch was delivered 3 days before they canceled the order. Now I'm charged full price for the watch. Sat on with customer service 2 days in a row. Finally got the order for the phone again, only to see watch wasn't taken care of, trade-in wasn't taken care of and new phone is full price. Been a customer over 25 years. They least they could do is honor their mistake and attempt to keep existing customers happy rather than try to earn new ones.
