I ordered the new iPhone last week. Friday they delivered the case only. When I contacted Verizon they said it was split and I would receive it the next day. When I did not I reached back out and they told me it had been delivered. Sure as Sit I did not receive it. 2 days later they have finally issued a refund I should get in 7-10 days.. after 4 days of dealing with customer service, still no phone.. dropped the ball and have not made it right. Debating switching to another provider tomorrow!! This is ridiculous!!
