Pole Replacement

I was alerted by Dig Safe that Verizon is replacing the pole in front of my house. I have called Verizon no less than four times between 6/24 - 6/28 to identify the time for the replacement and never received a call back.  I work from home in critical infrastructure and need to understand the scope of work to plan accordingly.
